My Story
Chef Nelly, our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chef of NellyFillzTheBelly Global LLC, has been in operation since 2019, originally established in the heart of New York. From its humble beginnings in the kitchen of her college dorm room, Chef Nelly has transformed her passion and dream into a thriving business. In June 2023, she relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, where her business has grown tremendously, earning recognition for its bold flavors, creative presentation, and exceptional service.
Since the age of five, Chef Nelly has been in the kitchen alongside her parents, learning her father’s impeccable culinary techniques and her mother’s soulful Southern cooking. Even as a child, she embraced every opportunity to cook, from chopping vegetables to experimenting with recipes. Today, she combines these influences to create unforgettable dishes and curated experiences for her clients.
Chef Nelly has proudly served major clients, including corporate giants like Chase and Truist Bank, car dealerships like Keffer Dodge Jeep Ram, and even entertainment powerhouses like Lionsgate Production. Chef Nelly has hosted corporate events for 200 guests and intimate private dinners for authors, doctors, and other professionals. Every meal is infused with love, seasoned to perfection, and tailored to fit the theme and vision of each event.
Our services include personalized meal prep, specialized catering, and exclusive private dining. In addition to catering, NellyFillzTheBelly offers a line of seasonings, a collection of e-books, a soon-to-be-released cookbook, and an all-natural produce wash to enhance your kitchen experience.
